Login
To change your password:
- Click on your circular profile avatar at the upper right of your screen
- Choose My Account from the drop-down menu
- Select the Account Settings tab and click on the Security button
- Scroll down to Manage Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Re-enter your new password to confirm
- Click Change Password
Password Requirements
Your password must meet these requirements:
- Between 6 and 128 characters long
- At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least 1 number or special character (0-9 or special characters like @#$%^&*)
Forgot Your Password?
Use the Forgot login information link on the Cam4.com website login area. This will send an email containing a link to reset your password.
Tips for Choosing a Good Password
- Avoid obvious passwords – Don't use "password", your name, "12345", "qwerty", etc.
- Don't use personal information that can be easily accessed or guessed
- Don't use dictionary words from any language
- Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include numbers or special characters
- Make it unique – Don't reuse passwords from other sites
Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the password reset email. You may need to add CAM4 to your email whitelist.
